  • Once I’ve submitted the form, when and how will I receive my bespoke workouts?
    After you submit your form, I’ll use this information to design your personalised workout library. This process may take up to 3 business days to ensure it’s fully tailored to your goals, experience, and available equipment.

    Once your library is ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete your purchase and activate your access in the app. From there, you can immediately start exploring and scheduling your custom workouts.

    When can I start training after purchasing?
    Your bespoke workout library and all app inclusions will become available as soon as you activate your package after completing payment. You’ll be able to start training right away.

    How many days per week can I train?
    Your bespoke library will include a flexible range of workouts designed around your goals and availability. You can schedule sessions whenever they suit your lifestyle, with recommendations from me on how to structure your week for the best results.

    Will I have direct access to you (Jacob Capablanca)?
    Yes! As an Engineered athlete, you’ll have direct messaging access to me for guidance, questions, and recommendations on training splits or adjustments.

    How do the weekly or monthly check-ins work?
    You can choose between weekly or monthly check-ins in your initial application form. I’ll use the information you share to review your progress, update your goals, and fine-tune your workouts. Check-ins are done directly through the app - you’ll be assigned tasks and reminders so you’re always aware when they’re coming up.

    How long does each bespoke workout typically take?
    I’ll design your workouts to fit your lifestyle, with full workouts typically ranging from 45-60 minutes per session, and deload workouts about 30 minutes.

    What kind of personalisation will I get with these workouts?
    Your workouts will be individually designed based on your fitness level, goals, and available equipment, ensuring a truly personalised experience. You’ll also have direct messaging access to me for ongoing advice and adjustments.

    Will I be part of a community?
    Yes! You’ll join a supportive athlete community where you can share progress, ask questions, and stay motivated. The app’s leaderboard also adds an element of friendly competition.

    How does progress tracking work?
    You can log your sets, reps, body metrics, and nutrition in the app, which tracks your data over time. You’ll also receive notifications when you hit personal bests to help keep you motivated.

    Can I integrate external health apps?
    Yes! You can sync metrics like steps, heart rate, and activity levels from external apps for a complete overview of your health and progress.

    We accept payments via credit and debit cards.

    When will my payment be processed?
    Your payment will be processed immediately after you submit your details.

    Is my payment information secure?
    Absolutely! Your payment information is kept safe and secure.

    How can I cancel my subscription?
    After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a “View my packages” button. Click that button to view or cancel your active plan.

    Will I be charged if I cancel my subscription?
    There are no cancellation fees. Please note that you will lose access to your training data once the paid period ends. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and no further charges will be made. You can cancel and rejoin anytime!

    Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
    Unfortunately, you cannot pause your subscription, but you can easily re-purchase a plan anytime after cancelling.

    What is your refund policy?
    Please note that we do not offer refunds once a plan has been purchased.

    Can I upgrade to the next tier (e.g. Essential → Elite)?
    You cannot directly switch plans. However, you can cancel your current plan and then upgrade to a different tier.

    What happens if my payment fails?
    If your payment fails, we’ll notify you via email immediately. You’ll also receive follow-up emails 3 and 5 days after the initial attempt. If the payment remains unresolved, you will lose access to the app and your data. We recommend checking your payment details to ensure they are correct.
