    Your program will be available in the app on the Monday following your purchase, including your scheduled workouts and habit tracking tasks.


    What will I have access to while waiting for my training program to appear?
    You’ll gain immediate access to the athlete community, where you can connect with others, share progress, and stay motivated. You’ll also receive training tips and motivational videos from me. In the meantime, you can set up your account, sync health apps, and start tracking your food and progress pictures.


    How many training days does the program include?
    You can choose between 4, 5, or 6 training days per week, with each option designed to help you build an athletic physique and boost performance.


    How long does each workout typically take?
    Workouts typically last 45-60 minutes, including prescribed tempos and rest times.


    Can I customise my program or move workouts around?
    Yes, the program is fully customisable! You can adjust your scheduled workouts to suit your preferences or availability. You’ll also have the flexibility to move workouts around up to two weeks in advance, ensuring the program fits seamlessly into your routine.


    What if I want to switch up the exercises in my program?
    You can swap exercises to better suit your strength level, available equipment, or personal preference. Each workout includes alternate exercises to choose from as you progress, ensuring that you’re always being challenged.


    What calisthenics skills will I develop with this program?
    This program helped me unlock the handstand push-up and one-arm pull-up. It’s designed to build strength for other key calisthenics movements as well.


    Does the program include weight training and isolation exercises?
    This program focuses on bodyweight calisthenics, working multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Each exercise includes notes on the targeted muscles, and combined with habit tracking, it promotes balanced muscle growth.


    What equipment do I need for this program?
    You’ll need a pull-up bar and dip bars (either straight or parallel) or gymnastic rings for upper body exercises. Lower body workouts don’t require equipment, though you can add extra weight if desired, and track it in the app.


    What if I can’t perform certain exercises yet?
    No worries! Every exercise includes regression options, so you can start with easier variations and progress as you get stronger.


    Are there any prerequisites for this program?
    You should be able to perform at least 5 pull-ups, 5 dips, and 10 push-ups. If you're not there yet, consider my customised program, which will help you build up to this level.

    What if the workouts are too easy?
    This program is designed to challenge you at every level and help you build muscle for life. If you need more intensity, you can:

    • Increase reps without sacrificing form

    • Try a more difficult exercise variation

    • Reduce rest times between sets

    • Add extra time to the movement tempo

    • Gradually increase the number of sets

    • Add extra weight to exercises

    When will my payment be processed?
    Your payment will be processed immediately after you submit your details. Your program package will begin the following Monday, and payments will renew every four weeks.

    How can I cancel my subscription?
    After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a “View my packages” button. Click that button to view or cancel your active purchases.

    Will I be charged if I cancel my subscription?
    There are no cancellation fees. However, please note that you will lose access to your training data upon cancellation. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and no further charges will be made. You can cancel and rejoin anytime!

    Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
    Unfortunately, you cannot pause your subscription, but you can easily re-purchase a program anytime after cancelling.

    What is your refund policy?
    Please note that we do not offer refunds once a program is purchased.

    Can I switch my program after I’ve signed up?
    To switch programs you must first cancel your current program through the 'View My Packages' email sent by Everfit. Then, purchase your desired program through jacobcapablanca.com - you can always message for support on the app for guidance through this process.

    What happens if my payment fails?
    If your payment fails, we’ll notify you via email immediately. You’ll receive follow-up emails 3 and 5 days after the initial attempt. If the payment remains unresolved, you will lose access to the app and your data. We recommend checking your payment details to ensure they are correct.
